TaxAct Express App Reviews

It doesnt work. It only has to work for 4 months of the year and it doesnt do anything. Software is getting frustrating. I think this is the last year I use Tax act, I will be going to turbotax.

My first year using it it keeps saying tax filing for 2014 has ended. Smh Im going to have Grey hair before its all over

At this point to make your customers taxes done a little faster make it to where it will start using our cameras on the devices, smartphones and tablets. I hate having to fill it out and going to each step. Please let filling them out less nerve wrecking. Turbotax makes it easier for those that use their cams.

Slow. Loads nothing of use. Stalls. Directs to website. Only thing better than deleting would be having never downloaded this junk.

I as a loyal Tax Act user for years but I like being able to do as much as possible on my mobile for convenience. This App is terrible. This year I made the switch to Turbo Tax. Their app is amazingly simple to use. I did federal and state for free. And it doesnt get most of the way through and tell you to login on a computer like this imbecilic app. Im sticking with Turbo Tom now on. Use Turbo Tax. Just do it.

App is not responsive. The buttons change color when I touch them, but do not advance to the next screen. The app is not useable.

Wont even open. Garbage

Prompts "Enter Dev Site Name". Hit "Cancel" or "Ok" and screen goes completely white. No response after that.
