Pretty easy to use. Defintely using it next year!

After trying a couple other apps I remembered that last year I had used tax act to file and I downloaded the app. Things went smoothly until I tried to finish the "e-file" and it kept "signing out" every time I logged in, it would just sign me back out. I used a different device and got the app to work again and finished up very quickly . Im not very computer literate so I dont know who to blame , but overall product was great.

This program is full of bugs. First I had to re-enter my basic information three times after having to reopen the app. Next there were more bugs not allowing me to fill out forms correctly. (iPhone 6+) next I took a picture of my W-2 and none of the numbers that were on my W-2 actually transfer over correctly. What a waste of time!!!

The app is user friendly and although it doesnt offer as much information as the website, it is still helpful when it needs to be. I was done in less than 30 mins and that is only because I had to switch screens to get info. I liked it and wi use it again.

I usually never review apps, but I had to for this one! This was so quick and easy. Took about 15 minutes and I was done. If you have a simple tax return to complete, look no further. This was fantastic!

The process is time consuming but thats with and online taxes. I did get confused with box 14 and CASDI, in still not sure if I did it right. The amount it says I am to receive seems pretty high so I guess Ill see if the IRS is going to have me pay it back if the amount is not correct

Great design, accessible in all aspects, the best for basic returns.

Great product. So very helpful for someone who has an anxiety disorder. Filling out forms caused panic attacks and being able to photograph the W-2s was a lifesaver.

Quick any easy. I filed both federal and state for free in about 15 minutes. Most personal info was pulled from prior year. Current year data entered by taking a photo of W-2. My new go-to tax solution.

It doesnt work if you filed for free... Thats bs! ..

Great way to file taxes for the first time. The app was very helpful with the information needed to file. Definitely a good tool for the generation joining the work force. Thank you.

This will not work for 2015 tax returns... Was hoping to get a jump start on my return.

Its early 2016 where is the app for it?

This app wont even let me log in anymore. It freezes up everytime I go to use it. Its useless

I will sign in only to have the app say to go log in through a browser. TaxAct had sent out a locked in price for the product back in September. I have tried to access TaxAct though a mobile device and tablet and it will not open the forms.

Rubbish app. Keeps freezing even after updating it. Dont use this app or else u will get frustrated

Pretty crappy app. I got it to see if I could take pics of my W2s. Nope. Deleting it now.

Trying to check my status once I files this app just wants me to enter my info to file again. I switched over last year from turbo tax. Big mistake will be going back next year.
